CO-ED Adult League
Fall ‘09
An all new league geared towards a fun, competitive and less aggressive game for
adult players.
This will be a co-ed league so you must have at least 2 women on your team with one
on the field.
General Info:
$35 per player
Players must be 28 or older (copy of DL required)
20 player max roster
11v11 (min 8 to play)
30 Min halves
Substitute on the fly
Shin Guards must be worn
Games will be played Friday Nights 7:30 and 8:30 (weather and field conditions
permitting)
We are only accepting 6 teams at this time, but we do want as many people to play as
possible. So, to make this happen, if we have individuals who do not have a team, they
will be added to an open team’s roster.
All Soccer Laws Apply. To maintain a high level of safety there is NO slide tackling
allowed. Even if you make contact with the ball, you can be carded (yellow) and a direct
kick will be awarded to the opposing team. The exception to this rule: goaltenders
within the 18 yard box are allowed to slide to retrieve the ball.

CO–ED ADULT LEAGUE FACT SHEET
FIFA LAWS APPLY EXCEPT AS NOTED
1. NO slide tackling allowed. If you slide tackle, a yellow card can be issued
under the discretion of the referee, even if you get all ball. A direct kick will
be awarded to the opposing team at the point of infraction whenever a
slide tackle occurs.
2. A minimum of 8 players constitutes a valid team.
3. A copy of your drivers license is to be attached to your registration form.
4. Managers of his/her team must declare team shirt color at time of
registration. There will be no duplicate colors. Shirts need not be all the
same style, just same in color. Goaltenders shirt should be a different
color.
5. Shin guards are MANDATORY and socks must be worn to cover them.
Cleats are optional.
6. Substitutions can be done on the fly. You do not have to wait for a
stoppage or ask the referee.
7. Have FUN.
